Kitchen/Diner Knock Through and Kitchen Fit
Relocation of the washing machine to under the stairs and construction of understairs storage. Re-insulated the lean to extension roof which had been poorly done many years ago. Installed a lintel to open up a niche to utilise some unused space in the cavity. Installed a 3.2m steel and removed the dividing wall. Constructed a new timber floor and laid new flooring sheets. Installation of Howdens kitchen with some lovely custom built birch ply units to give the kitchen an upmarket feel. Coupled with quartz worktops and plinth lighting this kitchen looks classy.
