Before we started this was a bathroom with a toilet in a separate, adjacent room. The work involved the removal of the dividing wall and the installation of a new doorway. The toilet window was blocked up and the entire room was plastered and decorated. The sanitryware consists of a free standing roll top bath with floor mounted tap, a separate shower enclosure, counter top basin with teak vanity unit and a close coupled toilet. We also fitted a new towel rail along with vinyl laminate flooring, all new skirting and architrave and an oak door.
