Loft Room
Conversion of loft into occasional room. First a large, spring assisted loft hatch was installed and the floor joists strengthened. Electrics were installed, stud walls constructed and 2 Velux windows were fitted. The whole space was insulated, plaster boarded and then plastered. 3 cupboards were constructed to allow access to remaining loft space and finally a plywood bookcase was constructed against the party wall.
